The room was good and had everything needed. The staff are all stars and very helpful, they would make you feel very welcomed.

Reception staff are great. Amenities are fantastic (toiletries for instance), you have washing machines, microwave, complimentary tea. And you can choose among 4 options for breakfast. Coffee pretty decent also. Good location to Umeda/Osaka Stations.

Good location, easy stroll to trains/metro. Friendly staff. Was a bit concerned about the lack of daily housekeeping but fresh towels & water delivered every day -so that was all we needed -great idea

Hotel bed frame was dangerous, I smashed my foot against it pretty hard and almost broke my toe. In a small room, having a metal bed frame like that is not a good idea. Hotel was a good 10 minute walk from the subway, but otherwise the staff and food were great. Rooms were clean.

Loved it! Read the reviews and this place did NOT disappoint! Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast! The curry, the salad, and the sandwich were all good! There is also cereal and croissants, yogurt, and fruit too. The hotel also provides tooth brushes with small toothpaste, face cleanser, face cream, face masks, shaving cream, and it was well appreciated since we had to wait 2 days for our luggage. The location is out of the way, but around the corner from everything. The Osaka station is a 13 min walk and was easy to navigate. Close enough to everything but still peaceful. The room was perfect! The bathroom is amazing with a deep soaking tub that helped after a long day. And the washing machine is also a dryer. 700 yen for a load and it is a NO detergent machine. But there are only two and you will be fighting for them! I can’t wait to come back! I don’t want to leave!!! Thank you UmedaHolic!!!!

Friendly staff, always available on reception. Lots of free toiletries etc in reception to help yourself to including free drinks and bottled water each day. Good bed and quiet rooms as they have a second internal door away from the hallway.

The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Great breakfast- highly recommend opting in for the option.

Positives: staff, cleanliness, spacious room, amenities, laundry facilities Negatives: the blinds were useless and let in too much sun, there were random parts of the ceiling in the hallways which had been cut out which was concerning, prices of drinks at the bar were outrageous, and the location was a little dodgy feeling

Clean room and wonderful hotel staff. Only issue we encountered was there’s only 2 washing machine/dryer combo for the guests to use and if it’s busy, you might have to wait a bit for a vacant washer. We really liked the shower pressure and the air conditioner was excellent.

Well maintained property and great cleanliness. The staffs are extremely friendly, always have a smile and eager to help. Compliment to the front desk staff S. Dto who filled in the forms to ship our luggages to our next destination.

The dining/lounge area was amazing. Tons of free amenities for guests by the elevators. So many breakfast options.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The area was very walkable and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Our 5 year old son loved it as well, especially the available snacks in the lobby and the games in the cafe. Would love to stay here again!
