I would give it a solid 4.5 Stars. Stayed for 8 days, very relaxing with the most stunning water I've ever seen. Best free snorkelling ever right off your room when staying in a over water villa. Food was very decent but not exceptional for what you pay, which is the only minor negative why I didn't give a 5 star. Would definitely recommend though, but would probably try a different resort if I were ever to do it again, just to compare.

Great place for a relaxing holiday

Very clean and well maintained property. Food is delicious, plenty of options for everyone. About 20 minutes by speed boat from the airport. This place has everything that you need for a great vacation. Over water villas are amazing.

Everything is perfect for a wonderful vacation. Wifi is the only thing that needs to be upgraded, internet is shocking in some areas of the resort. On the other hand, you are away from market and any local city so the in resort activities and shop is bit expensive.

Very enjoyable stay with good value for the Maldives. Property and over the water villa comforts exceeded our expectations. The dining pavilion was beautiful with impressive buffet selections. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Can’t recommend more highly !!

The only thing this resort can improve is the entertaiment at night

We are happy to have stayed at this property. It is only 20 minutes speed boat ride from the international airport. The place is beautiful, clean, with all the amenities. The staff are so caring and affectionate and are always willing to help. Whether it is with information or taking family pictures. Will come again.

It really deserves a 5 star but the room had a water leak and it took a while for us to get a new room. Everything else was excellent!

I like water villa, the beach and the sea, food. I did not like the pool: it was green, i didn't even step in. However i've seen people who spent a lot of time there, maybe they like it. Lot of trash arrived from the see, i even caught 2 jars of used engine oil. All the activities pricy and underwater restaurant cost me$480 for 2 adults and a child. I realized that all the stuff is delivered by watercraft and more expensive than in other places, but still look overpriced. Plus, that is not because of this place, my flight from US was too long and going back even longer plus 10 hour connection in Qatar. So,to resume all above, i can't say that it was a bad time for us, the weather was fine and we wanted to see Maldives. But, if compared to my previous travels, I'd like better to go on Caribbean islands.

My partner and I had an over water villa for our honey moon and we loved it!!! Staff were fantastic! Food was awesome, beaches and water were amazing! and an over all great experience!!

It was a first time in Maldives and we loved everything there especially sea, underwater and Only Blue

This was a wonderful hotel that includes both transfers to/from the airport and an all inclusive package. The arrival and departure was well managed with luggage delivered to your room and collected upon leaving. The food was excellent. I was skeptical being all inclusive that quality would diminish, but I was pleasantly surprised. They also cater very well to allergens with all food well labeled. One member of my party was gluten free and had a very wide selection. Drinks were also very good! We had a water villa and while it was nice/a novelty, I felt it was a little dated despite the hotel being so new. We walked past the beach villas and they seemed to offer so much more space with the beach patio area. My only negative was that the airport transfer was arranged very early with no option to delay. I arrived to Male airport 3.5 hours before my flight which I felt was far too early given the size and condition of the airport.

Beautiful stay at OBLU. Highly recommend upgrading to overwater unit.

Will definitely go back and enjoy relaxing vacation. From airport welcome staff to last day send off boat crew all were just wonderful. Lot of food choices with international food options. Because our boat was leaving during lunch time they even offered us free lunch although it was not suppose to be in our package. Just made our visit to Oblu a memorable experience.

The overall experience was amazing! If I were to highlight a downside, the water activities were pricey. But I still highly recommend Oblu.
