Hello! every day that we were out and returned to our room Room was already taking care of. and a gentlemen working at night gives me sensation of security.

The staff were polite, thought not very helpful. The room we got did not match the picture of the room we selected. And the bed was so hard that my wife booked us another room. If you are staying in Mexico City from abroad I would choose somewhere else to stay.

Was not anything like pictures on website . Not very clean smell was not very pleasant, staff not available except at front desk .

This is not a hotel, it is a motel. I do not know why this place is described as hotel on Expedia

Este hotel es mas bien motel para coger, no vengan si quieren descansar, la recepcionista grosera cobran early check in 400 pesos por hoa y es hasta las 3pm el check in. Este es motel para mugrosos no se que hace en expedia, en expedia no se busca hoteles para coger

Very quiet hotel

Very clean hotel. It's exceptionally close to the line 3 Metrobus, and there's a VIPs Restaurant across the street and right next door a laundromat & OXXO Convenience. It's not fancy, but it's inexpensive and was VERY clean! The staff does an amazing job keeping it clean. Downside is it’s a ways from central Mexico City

Excelente ubicación, silencioso, muy espacioso y con excelente atención del personal.

Do not recommend! Room was very dirty, the bed sheets had hairs, the bathroom floor had hairs, the sink has toothpaste residue. This was a horrible experience for me and my family.

The hotel room was clean. The receptionist was polite. We have a little trouble with our reservation. Specially the manager want to make sure we where comfortable and he give us a free drinks. And the metro bus is two min away from the hotel.

The staff was respectful and friendly. Special mention to Sr. Ramon who made extra effort to be be helpful.

This is a renovated motel turned in a Capital O concept hotel. Problem is that is very far away from downtown. Public transportation (Metrobus) runs nearby. A supermarket and a VIPS restaurant is also right in front of it.

Bathroom wall is made of glass transparent didn’t like nit okay for family travel

Nice place to rest at tlamepantla in México around visit the city toeat amd habe fun

We liked everything specially the jacuzzi plus is next to a a good restaurant and a market
