Our stay was truly the experience of a lifetime. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After a long day, I had trouble making it up the hill to our room, and the gentleman who escorted us graciously carried my bag. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him personally. It was so late when we checked in that I completely forgot to ask. Jorge was equally wonderful. He and his dog, Sunny, gave us a ride back down the hill, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more special. To top it all off, the night sky was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing so many stars was an unforgettable experience. Combined with the outstanding hospitality, it made for a stay we’ll always cherish.

What a wonderful experience! Totally worth it. Everyone was so friendly, and we very much appreciated their willingness to accommodate our itinerary as we had some last minute details that needed to be sorted in Cusco before our arrival in Ollantaytambo. Very clean. Great and very helpful staff. Huge thank you to Jose (concierge) who had to run after us after we checked out to hand over my husband's headphones, which we left behind! This is so much appreciated! Great breakfast. Very comfortable room. Lovely rooftop heated pool.

This hotel is a complete adventure, it’s beautiful and makes you feel so connected to nature. You feel you are almost touching the stars. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and really helpful. A must to experience if you go to Ollaytantambo. Not a place for people looking for party or going to town. It’s very far away and very difficult to access, so make your plans about going and staying there .

Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold ! The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best views because of it! Thanks so much - Victoria and Eddie

Amazing experience and service! We only stayed one night but the everything was smooth. Dinner on property was delicious. The view out of the dome was beautiful. 100% recommend. Staff was great and very accommodating.

The best staff we met in Peru. The view from the dome and the dome itself were amazing. It felt like sleeping not under, but among the stars.

Unbeatable view! It could get really cold at night and really hot in the day, you’d want to adjust your clothing accordingly. Customer service was great!

Staff was great. WiFi worked. Room was clean. Wish we had a note or something for hot water shower. Took me few mins to figure out. I missed listening to instructions. They need to give more than 2 water bottles of water for all night stay. It’s not enough. Do take hot chocolate packets. I had them from my travel pack and it was amazing having it under the stars. Also it’s 40 minutes away from main town. Not like where the map shows. Do plan accordingly. We couldn’t enjoy morning or breakfast as we had to leave by 8am.

We had a fantastic night stay here - honestly the best night on our whole trip in Peru. It was such an unforgettable experience. The staff were great and the food was lovely too!
