Our check-in experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that there would be a $25 fee for early check-in. However, they quickly changed their story and said no rooms were available. When we questioned why we were told about the early check-in fee if there were no rooms, the staff then backtracked and claimed a room was available—but only if we paid the $25 fee. This felt dishonest and frustrating.
We decided to leave and returned later at the standard check-in time. The same staff member checked us in with no professionalism. While we waited, we noticed she offered water to the client ahead of us but didn’t extend the same courtesy to us. It felt like we were treated inconsistently and with a lack of basic hospitality.
I expected better service and professionalism from this hotel. This experience really put a damper on our stay.
