Great room and food!

Certainly not to any Hyatt brand status. Not in Sandton central - off the beaten path. Certainly would not choose this hotel again. Degrades the Hyatt reputation.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room - great value for money!

Safe and Quiet

Property was very quiet and allowed me to relax. The staff were wonderful and welcoming and was greated with a smile everyday.

The Hyatt House is a fine hotel. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. They made a cheerful atmosphere. The room was clean and more than expected. 10/10 would recommend.

I have stayed here a few times and the staff are always amazing. however, they have changed their restaurant to become a conference venue so breakfast and supper are served at a small bistro at reception, it is not the best place to sit and have a meal, noisy and cold - not intimate at all.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent service and friendly staff. Only issue i had is that considering this is a Muslim owned establishment there was no tap or hand shower in the toilet

Most staff were very friendly and accomodating with our requests. The staff at the breakfast cafe were the best and the food was amazing. Only downside is it was very noisy at night and we struggled to sleep with the noise of people outside and in the passage. There was a car with a loud exhaust that was reviving its engine on thr property around 11.30pm and went on for a while before it drove off.

There was a bit of confusion on check in but they finally got all right. The room was clean and quiet with good a/c. Breakfast was good enough. The staff was helpful.

Security, customer satisfaction

Clean and comfortable accommodation. However, we arrived for check in just after 14h00 and still had to wait about 20 minutes before a room was allocated.

Stayed 6 nights in a 1 bedroom suite. Initial suite was on the 2nd floor facing the boundary/neighbouring property, the suite was unbearably warm with 1 aircon in the bedroom cooling only the bedroom. I requested for a room change and was offered a suite on the 1st floor facing the pool, this suite was much cooler, however was located directly below the gym.. running on the treadmill was clearly audible in my suite. The suite was clean, neat & tidy, shower cubicle a bit too small, bedroom a bit tight as well,ok for 1 person, mattress a bit firm, kitchen well equipped, I definitely suggest that the owners invest in quality pillows and new towels. . these are a must. The rooms need soundproofing as well. Breakfast was excellent with a varied selection over the 6 days. Having a halaal kitchen made my stay worthwhile! Ordered dinner once… the food was outstanding! .. authentic Indian cuisine.

So welcoming and friendly staff especially Uncle Bruce . Felt like home
