I had to be switched out to a different room twice. The first room the tv wasn’t connecting to my phone Netflix. The second room was on the first floor. It rained & the rain came through the window. I had a floor full of rain, leaving my shoes wet. This was my second visit at this hotel having this experience on the first floor. I spoke with the receptionist about giving me some kind of compensation. He said he was busy & would get back to me. I asked if he could call my room he said yes. That never happened. The next morning it was a new receptionist, she told me since I booked through a third party it was nothing she could do. She informed me to reach out to Expedia. I was not a happy customer & my stay wasn’t as pleasant as it should have been. The changing rooms was a big inconvenience.
