I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with noticeable buildup of grime that made the stay uncomfortable. While a few staff members were polite and attentive, the majority of the personnel seemed indifferent. It was difficult to get assistance, and even basic interactions often felt dismissive. The facilities themselves appear to be lacking proper maintenance, which is unfortunate because the property and the beach are actually very beautiful and have great potential. Regarding food and beverages, the meals were good; however, the only place where we were able to consistently get drinks was at the sports bar, which limited the overall experience. I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and sadly, the experience did not meet expectations. At one point, some friends stopped by briefly to greet me on their way back to the city. Despite the fact that we remained in the lobby and even made purchases, we were treated by security in a manner that felt excessive and inappropriate, as if we were doing something wrong. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience and, regrettably, I do not believe I will be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The food was good, the beach was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. There wasn't a lot of evening entertainment, and most activities were geared toward Spanish-speaking guests. However, the resort has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for families with children. The only drawback was the location, as it is about a two-hour drive from Panama City and the airport. Aside from that, everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Todo limpio , buena calidad en las bebidas ( no son premium, pero al prepararlos tienen buen sabor ) , buena calidad en los alimentos , solo que en el Buffet considero deben estar preparados para personas con alergias y alimentación especial. Tengo una una alegría al huevo y lácteos , y al preguntar si los churros contenía huevo o leche , nadie supo responderme , y lo que me indicaron es que eso venía ya preparado y no tenían como saberlo ( bastaba con ver la lista de ingredientes) , en Sakura sí estuvieron muy al pendiente del la alergia de mi hija y brindaron opciones en cada uno de los platos ofrecidos.

La comida fue mi parte favorita... Deberían solo mejorar algunas actividades

en general muy bueno muy buen ambiente, buen servicio, el problema en comparación con otros, todo incluido de la zona. La variedad de comida no es tanta como en nosotros, y no tienen variedades en en restaurantes, las piscinas un poco sucias, llenas porque son pocas pero el ambiente es bueno

I loved everything for my baby girl. Very family friendly resort!

Cheap alcohol. Food was ok nothing special. Maintenance of the rooms was poor. Stayed for a night and couldn’t book a restaurant because it had to be done in the morning and the check in is at 3 pm. Cheap place

The room was fine. The buffet was great. However they only offered one beer brand, no whiskey at all and no irish cream at all!

The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. The food not so much and the drinks will put you in a diabetic coma.

I really liked the hotel; the staff treated me very well, and the food was very good.

Clean room on my part, one of my friends had some minor dirt under his bedsheets but no big deal. Food from any of the restaurants is great, the buffet is nice but the snacks...not so much. Drinks were really nice but most of the staff (other than the receptionists) were not too kind, kinda made me feel guilty to be there but there's a reason we panamenians are not known for incredible our customer service. The pools were nice, and the spa was absolutely great, would definitely go back someday

Very nice pool, beach and spa....very happy with the resort. Also, very nice sports bar 24 hrs....i would recommend finding a hotel transfer when you get there...paid for a private van, never found shuttle, had to pay alot more for a taxi last minute.....
