It was nice the first time we stayed and then slowly started going downhill. Our room we were assigned was not cleaned when we walked in and the auto shade just fell right out of the track when we closed it. We were then assigned another room and the shade on the widow did the same thing but I was able to stop it before it fell out. No dog bags at the dog area. The breakfast was nice.

I booked a non refundable room in a hotel in a suburban shopping area as I was traveling .As I was checking in ,I saw a notice on the counter that I would be charged $10.00 for parking. This was not mentioned in the Home2suites website nor did the desk clerk mention it. When I questioned the absurdity of the charge he made a joke about it. I was stuck. Where else was I going to park?very poor business. I have stayed with Home2suites many times and never had this happen. Disappointed in Hilton!

The headboard of the bed underneath was dirty, I just didn’t like the way the property was maintained and for the cost I was paying it just wasn’t worth it.

Very accommodating. Staff was a pleasure to deal with.

The blankets were too thing. There was no bar soap (there was an empty box instead). The shampoo and conditioner bottles were almost empty. The body wash had a very strong perfume smell which made it impossible to use it. The water was barely warm, so it was not much fun to take shower.

From the moment we entered the door every staff member was kind and professional. Our room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel. The kids enjoyed to pool. The breakfast had a good amount of different options. The hotel is also close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The only things I wasn’t a fan of is parking can get full so you’re offered to buy a $10 a day parking pass to guarantee a spot to park.

I enjoyed my stay with this hotel, I was on the 7th floor, elevators were fast. It was very quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Beds were comfortable. It’s a new and clean feel there. I walked to Starbucks, saw many options for eateries, shopping at Short Pump mall, great area just outside of Richmond. Felt very safe. Many amenities I didn’t get a chance to use but nice fitness room, outdoor patio area, laundry service, well organized kitchen in the room and mini store for snacks. My check in and check out was fast - personnel at desk were more friendly in the evening than the daytime staff. I highly recommend a stay here

When arriving I was informed I had to pay parking fee for my car. Not happy. I pay a pet fee and happy to do so as I know about it when booking. Not happy with surprise fees no matter how big or small. The Sign that informed me of the fee indicated that they implemented the fee because they share the parking lot with other businesses. There was a sign in the elevator warning not to park at neighboring businesses or we would be towed! By the way, there are No other businesses around. Also, the hotel had no idea where or which car was ours as they did not have my make, model or license plate number. NOT HAPPY!

Do not recommend. We got a room on 1st floor that was a suite non-smoking. The room smelled so old & not fresh. Pillow covers & sheets were clean when I inspected. But the pillows had a smell.Also the walls were gross. We have stayed at several Hilton hotels & this was our first bad experience. Do not waste your money here. The only thing that was good was the front desk was very nice.

Everything was great, we had a great experience with check-in and with our room and with breakfast and with parking. However our parking although listed as free on hotels.com was $10 per night and we were charged $10 per night. There were more than enough parking spots in the area.

Overall everything was good. However at night the pillows were not quality and flat.

This hotel was located near the mall, restaurants, & grocery stores. This is a great hotel to stay at with children. The rooms are big enough to fit 6 people comfortably.

Great location! Clean property

The parking was limited but other than that everything was awesome. The room was clean, and the staff were very professional. My family and I will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Half of the outlets did not work. Water was cold on Sunday morning and we all had to take cold showers.
