The bathroom was extremely small and not soundproof. Easily can here the neighbours watching TV. I booked through Expedia for an amount higher than the invoice I received from LIV. For the refound, I called but they do not pick up, I wrote emails but they do not reply. I would never return.

The parfume and smell in the hallway are unbearable. Super staff, great value otherwise.

I especially the fact that it was a two bedroom suite as opposed to a one room hotel. My wife and I wake up at different times and this allowed me to start my day with a coffee and some tv without waking her. Price was excellent. A dedicated parking spot was nice. The location could have been closer to downtown but I knew this going and I am sure the price would have reflected that. So, basically no complaints and if I am ever in Ottawa again I will be sure to book the same place

Home away from home

The room was clean.

Fire alarm at 2am. False alarm that apparently happened many times. Everybody woke up and had to go outside. Children, people and dogs. I asked the receptionist what happened, very rudely and non respectful, this happens and clients have to deal with it. This incident is happening a lot lately. The Firefighter was angry at them also because there’s always a false fire alarm. The room was dirty, dog poop in my balcony and full of pet fur in the room. The room was not cleaned. Exactly 12am, someone entered and forces us to check out. My spouse was having a call and we asked for 3 minutes but the cleaner and the receptionist did sorry she needs to go out now and we can’t give you time to finish a business call. Very rude people and the worst stay ever. Don’t ever go there. Very disappointing

We stayed for 2 nights with family, and enjoyed our stay. The 2-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious enough for 4 people, the only downsides were a table for 2 (!) places only with 2 chairs and a tiny bathroom. Otherwise, we had everything we needed including dishwasher, utensils, plates, etc. No paper towels or Kleenex, so bring your own. Unfortunately, the roof top terrace was closed. Paid parking for $6.50 + tax per night available but we parked on the street without a problem. Check-in/ check-out was fast and problem-free.

Great kitchen and cookware

This is an affordable, more spacious option to a traditional hotel. Note that the Hotels.com listing for the 2bd suite incorrectly states that there are 2 queen beds. The second bedroom actually has a double bed (not a queen) so one of my teens slept on the sofa. There are some nice amenities like a roof top hot tub, lounge, large exercise room, dog services etc. The kitchen has basic supplies but for more serious food prep, you will want to augment what's there.

Great stay, comfort units and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was okay. We were very disappointed that we weren’t informed about the fire alarm inspection aswell as the AC. So we were a little frustrated when we were still sleeping and random people were asking to come in. Other then that it was very clean and had everything we needed.

Roof top hot tub was great for the only night we were able to use it. Great location was able to use bus and walk to all the concerts and places I wanted to go. Ed was a great help to me with printing documents and providing information about our week stay. Bill from Liv did not match the price charge by Expedia. Would dtay again if in Ottawa.

The amenities of this place are fantastic. You have everything you need such as huge rooftop patio, hot tub, gym, lounge, theatre, pool tables etc. Spend the day of the rooftop when its nice out, its the perfect spot. The location is great, you are close enough to a lot of restaurants and places you need or want but far enough away that you dont get the heavy traffic (foot or road). The rooms were clean, modern and laid out well. You also didnt hear anything from the rooms beside or around you which was a plus. They had kitchens and a few small items to cook with. We felt it would have been nice to have a few little extra items like papertowel or tissues, coffee pods, condiments, dish towels and a throw blabket for the couch. All things that did not need to be there but would have been nice to have for use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future. The staff were friendly but also you didnt feel like they were watchibg you everytime you webt through the door which is really nice as it made it feel like you belonged there.

Excellent value and close to everything!

I loved the sky roof made for such a great view.

The property is at a convenient location, athough not in downtown area, but it is at the center of the city. Gated parking is $6.50/day. Property condition is excellent inside the unit and all throughout the common areas. Gorgeous view from the 11th floor. Amenities are awesome. 1 desk staff for the entire building, do not expect to get a response if you call. Will definitely go back next time in Ottawa.

Lots of facilities accessible within the building ie bbq, rooftop lounge, games area, gym, etc. Will stay again.

It's modern and shows just like the pictures. One star taken off because of the super noisy air conditioning and bell tv only has recorded shows for very limited channels. The kitchen is good size but the only bathroom is quite small. The bed is comfy though.

Slow internet is the only thing I complain. Everything else is excellent.
