One of the most expensive hotels/motels I have stayed and one of the worst. The rooms looks clean however there are insects/bugs on the bed. I requested upstairs rooms because my parents are almost 90 years old but was completed ignored. There was also a blackout in one night and our room was like a sauna room. I spent some time reading other guests' reviews and found that for any low rating, the owner replied with attacks and blacklists. Please don't bother to blacklist me because I am not going to stay there again ever. If a person denies all negative comments, that person is not going to learn and improve. However the demand in Airley Beach area is so high, the owner can afford to be rude.

Spotless room and amenities. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Love the security of the electronic lock for the room for. Lovely place to stay.

Yes close to takeaway. Room clean comfortable. Friendly staff. Only disappointment, no teaspoons. Could provide some cutlery surely.

There was no toaster in unit

The motel was very run down and had a lot of tradies staying. They were loud and got tired of listening to the swearing. I am just thankful I wasn't on my own as I would have been scared all night. Won't pick this place again.

They have a lot of work to do after cycone damage

The motel is under new construction at rear. Original area looks half demolished, roof missing off front buildings and has been for years by the rot in the timbers. Room was very basic slapped together style. Photos on website are from 29 years ago. Absolute disgrace worth no more than $100 a night not bloody $188 that’s for sure. Will never stay there again

This property should be condemned. Holes in the walls. Broken down cars in the carpark. Rubble everywhere.

Staff was lovely very helpful

Super Clean rooms with a vrery comfortable bed and piping hot shower. The Rooms have no traffic noise and sleeping is easy. Highly recommended.

Close to the beach showere and bathroom close tonthe bedrooms

Our stay was quite comfortable we would be happy to stay again in the future. The property is undergoing renovations and looks to be improving all the time. While there may be areas of peeling paint and unfinished decor, the room was clean and comfortable and everything worked as expected. Despite being close to the highway the noise from passing traffic was not intrusive.

The room was clean but as they are doing renovations I had a bathroom door that had paint peeling in large chunks on each side of the door. The other point I would like to make is that there is a small step from the room into the bathroom that my toes hit a number of times. THIS STEPUP SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED as at one time I thought I had broken the big toe on my right foot. Very dangerous

Enjoyed my stay. Close to all facilities and quiet.

If I remember correctly I needed a taxi but otherwise the country breakfast and room service was great.

I arrived & office closed. I got a msg saying a code had been sent. Couldn't access it . Did call phone no. & left msg. The Motel was " discussing " so much in disarray, not inviting at all. I was not impressed at all. Quite discusted. Lucky i had friends living there so I stayed with them, they said it was a " dive" I would not stay there or reccommend it to anyone. I know i have lost my money, but at least i felt safe staying with friends.

Conveniently located, clean and king bed was very comfortable. Extremely overpriced rooms, the size of a shoebox, lacked basic amenities like bedside table, lamps and power points. Had to hold the shower head up while trying to soap myself, because you could not tighten the nuts and it kept falling down. The property is neglected and in dire need of repairs and maintenance. I expect much more for the $322 per night we paid. At the very least undercover parking should be provided. Overall experience wasn’t good and I wouldn’t return or recommend as somewhere to stay.
