The property had both free and paid parking which was a bit odd. As we had larger vehicles we felt it safer to park in the paid parking lot rather than on the spots directly off the street which we may have stuck out of a little ($5 a night). Simple rooms with decent beds and all the necessities (small desk, bed side table, etc. Bathroom was clean and had all necessary amenities. The only complaint was the doors are a little thin meaning it was a bit noisy if other guests were loud in the hallways.

The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to change room.

Check in process not good as spent more than 30 minutes to check the booking record even we provided all written booking confirmation. Strong smoking smell along the corridor. Room size was small especially the bathroom and toilet. Waived our parking fee and provide free breakfast retained few positive marks!

海外の宿泊者が多かった。ホテルは周りに比べると少し古いかなと思ったが、その分値段がお得だった。ウェルカムドリンクやスタッフの方の親切さからコスパの面からまた利用したい。

泊まるだけなら問題なし。 他の客が廊下で騒ぐと、丸聞こえでうるさい。

一泊一万円以上する部屋とは思えない

大浴場があり、ゆっくりと大きいお風呂に入れるのは評価大だと思います。しかも、朝食は種類も豊富でとても美味しい♪

スタッフの方々のお心遣いが、素晴らしい！ テニスの中体連の応援で利用しましたが、保冷剤や氷の調達など、とても優しく対応して頂きました。

Friendly staff

部屋の四隅にほこりが溜まっており清掃が行き届いてないと感じた。ベッドも寝心地がイマイチだった。

大浴場、サウナいいですね。朝食も良かったです。
