The electricity went off in our room just after we went to bed. The staff were rude and unhelpful about this situation and just gave us a torch as they could not get the electricity back in our room. I then rang someone in a sister hotel to see if they would help as with health and safety this was totally unacceptable especially with a 14 year old with us. Ruined my husbands birthday. They gave us another room a couple of hours later. When checking out this morning the manager was aware of the situation and has offered us 50% refund from our stay which has been booked with yourselves. Please could you confirm this has now been actioned. Such a shame as it is a nice hotel, poor customer service yesterday evening ruined it.

Super, modern and clean hotel, ideally located in Milford Haven marina. Attentive staff and excellent quality dinners - the best kitchen we found in Milford. Free hotel parking across the road; the one small inconvenience is the lack of a luggage drop-off / loading point at front entrance.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Good access to the gym. We were unhappy with the view from our room and were offered an alternative with a view of the harbour. Good location for exploring the area. We didn’t eat at the hotel but had a few options around the harbour.

Not how the pictures look. Also the Surrounding area don’t have much to eat or do.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spectacular overlooking harbor.

The welcome at check-in, the attentiveness and professionalism of all staff, the quality of food in Dulce, and the general location and ambience were tip top. A fantastic experience.

A rather limited, if adequate , breakfast. But at least eggs can be ordered as required.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was picturesque and our room had a balcony looking out over the marina. All staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and food was exceptional Will definitely be staying again.

Nice clean room, unfortunately the window lock was broken, and it was quite noisy on the Saturday night. Friendly helpful staff, adequate breakfast. Quite expensive bar.
