Parking is 17/day and you may or may not get a space. If you don't, you have to park at a YMCA 2 blocks away and get your ticket validated. No pool. Otherwise the room was nice, clean and the staff is great.

The guy at the desk was awesome. He answered all of my questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that frustrated me a bit was the fact that one day my room was not cleaned. I was there there 4 nights.

Not up to PAR of other Holiday Inns. Quality. Condition/date

Great basic accommendation, and lovely staff!

Photos are misleading. Area is pretty empty of pedestrians. I felt weird outside coming from NYC. Staff was reassuring. Got an accessible room. I was very impressed.

The property was clean and seemed newer. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty. The king standard room was quite small. If I was staying more than one night, I would look for larger options. Convenient walk to Fourth St and dining options.

Good clean safe hotel downtown Louisville. Check in kind of took forever. The hallways are a little difficult to navigate. Parking was cheap!

We had a pleasant visi t, an issue with plumbing was immediately taken care of. The matress was a little lumpy too soft

Your receptionist was nice but the "airport shuttle" that the hotel provide was not good. It was a service you have to call and reserve of your own. The driver does not take any job before 8:30am. So it did not work out for us. Please be transparent with the service you provide.

Check in was not good. They only had 2 of 3 reservations. Charges were not applied to the correct credit cards. It affected check out.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I got in early and they were able to keep my bags stored in a secure area. Also recommended food in the area which was walking distance.

It was rough. Got hot boxed due to our neighbor so we had to move, then got food poisoning from the kitchen, and the TV broke for the last few nights.

Centrally located and had parking at hotel rather than a public parking lot reimbursement.

I was charged a different amount by the hotel and not the amount that hotels.com charged me. I was not happy about that.

It was nice enough and the first man at the front desk was wonderful the other lady not so much. Not friendly nothing. didn't say hello just doing her job. this small hotel charges 17.00 per night for parking f.y.i. and It is a so so area, lots of homeless people. this is the smallest holiday Inn i have ever seen. It was something else before and looks like they bought it. It was clean though and the bed was comforable. I wouldn't stay here again though. the restaurant is meh,
