Had all the basics that were needed. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was extremely tight and quite difficult. Our room was clean, tidy, and had all the basics amenities. The bed felt a bit springy for us but alright if you are staying for just a quick night. We had a hard time with the AC, it just turned off from 2 AM to 5AM and the room became very hot so it was hard to fall back asleep. Further, our bathroom floor looked like it had been broken and poorly patched up. Hotel was great for a quick stay but we feel like we could not stay for longer.

Nice hotel in Bilbao and walking distance to Guggenheim and Old town (Casco Viejo). We stayed in the Junior Suite with terrace. Excellent breakfast and a great orange juicer that squeezes oranges right in front of you. The pool is rather small. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and accommodating. Near many eating and shopping options. Very safe and you can walk late into the night. Good for couples, solo and families.

We changed rooms as that given was smaller than requested. The new room at the back was much brighter and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Hige choice. Standard of cleanliness was also excellent. Decor was somewhat more interesting than the usual.

Great location for visiting this wonderful city. Surrounded by local restaurants and a short walk to the Guggenheim museum.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything, including the old city. We used Bilbao as a base to explore several other places such as: Lourdes, Biarritz, Santander, San Sebastián, Gatica and Bustamante. It was perfect for easy and quick access to the highway system.

Pleasant stay in a very good location, especially to visit the Guggenheim. We had a room at the back overlooking the courtyard so was lovely and quiet. They do charge for the spa which is a bit much.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Bilbao. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast spread is delicious and extensive. Both the pool and the gym are very good. Staff are prompt in their service.

The hotel location was very convenient! We walked everywhere we needed to. The staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite! Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well!

We’ve been away from home traveling and cruising throughout Europe since March 28th. By far, this hotel has provided the best accommodations. The staff is also superb and breakfast was delicious!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bilbao.

I was able to get into the spa the same day I arrive - they open until 9pm - what a treat - great massage. The front desk is friendly and professional. I didn’t eat here but my colleague did and said it was great. The room was impeccably clean and super quiet - I hadn’t slept for a few nights and was able to sleep comfortably until mid morning. Very minimalistic but elegant design.
