Clean, comfortable hotel connected with restaurant. Economical, with good breakfast.

This is wonderful place to stay if you visit Mora. It is a charming locally-owned little hotel with great food and friendly service. I would book here again.

When I mistakenly booked two nights at the HEIM, I was jet-lagged and overtired; we had only intended to to stay one night. When we checked in and explained the situation, the young woman in charge refused to change the reservation. We contacted Expedia, who told us not to pay while they tried to sort things out. When we had dinner in the restaurant we were treated rudely, with the staff serving other patrons who had arrived after us before they finally fed us after 1 1/2 hours. When we checked out we offered to pay for 1/2 of the second night, which we thought quite generous but were refused. I would not recommend this hotel or its restaurant to anyone, despite the lack of options in Mora.

Good food and friendly staff

My room was clean and of a good size. The staff were kind and helpful. One of the great things was a restaurant downstairs - it was perfect after a long day of traveling.

Mycket bra boende i centrala Mora. Bra sängar och utrymme. Prisvärt, parkering nära och enkel in och utcheckning. Kan rekommenderas.

Jättebra, förutom att dörren till toaletten gnisslade, vilket är olyckligt i ett familjerum, då man lätt väcker varandra.

Mysigt hotell men rummet var inte städat vid ankomst. När jag ringde om att det behövde städades fixades det. Däremot hade jag inte fått någon handduk. Frukosten på grannhotellet som tillhör samma kedja var mycket bra!

Wi-Fiやロビーは快適に利用できました。 フロント宛のメールは届きません。 タオルの交換はフロントまで行って対応してもらいました。 エアコンは無いので窓を開けていると外の音はうるさいです。

Trevlig personal, fint rum, bra läge, kul med vardagsrum och kyl, bra pris jämfört med andra boenden. Rekommenderas!

Det va enkelt att checka in, rent och härligt att de bjuder på kaffe i deras " vardagsrum". Pga att det är i stan så är det en hel del ungdomar ute med sina bilar på kvällen och spelar högmusik.

Trevlig personal. God frukost. Rent och fräscht. Nära Mora C.

Rummet var bra

Trevligt hotell centralt i Mora. Inte problem att checka in trots personal-fritt hotell. Fin frukost i huvud-hotellet i huset intill. Mycket trevlig personal.
