There are definitely upgrades needed. The lamp on the bedside table didn’t work, the toilet rocked on the floor (worried it was going to break), confusion at check-in but the staff was able to rectify it. The breakfast was very simple but I had to ask for yogurt, water for the kettle and tea other than orange pekoe. Would have been nice to have a green tea. The restaurant was not open for breakfast although we were told that it would be. I found the price too high for the condition of the premises. Needs a lot of TLC.

Suggest the text asking about the stay in the last day of stay should be later in the day. 0800 is too early

Property in process of being upgraded. Staff was exceptional. Great help!! Room was clean. Location was easily accessible. Breakfast was OK. Full hot breakfast available in adjoining restaurant. Thanks to the staff!!

Old room, poor mattress,bathroom..tub old,woren out,faucet came out of the wall,unstable,bathroom door fractured. Head board of bed had shaving dropping into sheets..so very old.2 bugs in tub. Breakfast area...dirty table clothes, floor needed sweeping,breakfast overcooked,did not eat. If Ramada puts its name on this type of place...I will not longer stay at a Ramada again

Rooms were spacious and very clean! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the pool was shut down and we were expecting a pool

Room was very clean and staff were excellent. Only 2 things need attention. One is the continental breakfast was not up to par. The choices were limited but what was offered was decent. The other thing is carpets need to be in rooms not laminated floors. Other than that it needs nothing but maybe the parking lot should be repaved

We arrived just past midnight after a long day driving from Cape Breton and Peggy’s Cove. Check in was quick and efficient but also friendly (Coles). The room was bigger than expected, very clean and neat and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast (6-9) was fine - standard stuff like muffins croissants dry cereal yogurt toast etc. BUT ALSO made to order eggs, home fries and turkey bacon, rather than precooked buffet style! Dunno if they usually do that or was a temporary or measure, but it definitely hit the spot and worth mentioning!

It was a lovely quiet area, but we were there on my birthday and the restaurant closed early so we couldn’t have dinner. We were told it was open until nine and we went at eight and they were closed.

The breakfast was sparse with little to choose from. Staff was lovely and room was nice

Clean. Nice continental breakfast. Owner was there and he actually cooked us eggs with hash browns even though it wasn’t part of the breakfast. Surrounding area good to walk your dog

Free parking and lots of it. It was clean ... they are doing upgrades as well which are an added bonus.

Curtains were falling off the windows. Dirt on the sheets of the pull out. Stains/dirt on the blanket for the pull out.

The staff were very professional and helpful. He went above the job description.

Staff was rude and insulting at times. Breakfast was very poor Sunday morning and Staff was rude they advertise pool. But not open breakfast was pretty. Much eggs that sat out for 3 hours and toast would not recommend this motel

Great staff and the beds were really comfortable.

It a motel but the quality and service is of a hotel, for the price its worth it. Friendly staff great food.
