Clean modern spacious room, friendly staff and lovely location

20 euro breakfast per person only offers various versions of breads and a coffee from a machine. Great view but not even an average breakfast. Save your money and eat somewhere out.

Staff was ok, morning staff was more helpful as to where i had experienced better before. Hotel doesnt feel 4 star, room desprately is badly under service, veneers peeling off, broke n electrical switch, dim room. I feel its more like 1 or 2 star. Perhaps its due to major renovation. Nice location outside.

This hotel is very nice and has the most incredible views and an expansive breakfast buffet. However, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. After just a few hours, I had to get up because the bed was giving me a back ache. Perhaps if you like a very stiff mattress, this will work for you, but despite the other great features, we would not stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. It had a spectacular view. The towels were changed every day, everything was very clean, and waking up to that view was beautiful. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Super calm and nice view, good pillows

Everything was fine. The room was standard nothing to write to you mother about. Needs a bit of decoration.

The hotel is in a small town, very difficult to get taxis. I ended up lugging my luggage 25 minutes to the train station by foot because I could not get a taxi to drive me there; it was horrible. I also missed an activity in another town because I was unable to find a taxi in a reasonable amount of time.

Wonderful location and Greta was very welcoming and kind.

The hotel is at a great location with a beautiful view of the mountains. It has so much potential but the rooms are very dated and the shower has mold.

Outside front door stunk every time we went in and out- leaves and garbage on walkway. Shower drained slowly. Big nasty stain in room on carpet.

Staff were amazing, hotel itself is sectioned into an old and new part. Unfortunately we were in the older part and had to take 3 different lifts to get to our room. Cleanliness was very good. Our room suffered from a lot of road noise as it was at the back of the building.

Amazing view of Lake Como from our balcony. Comfortable room. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Avoid this hotel. My first night was ruined by a non-functioning AC stuck at 23°C in hot weather. Receptionist Marco was rude, threw keys at me, told me to “find another hotel” and laughed when I threatened to call the police. Next morning, I was moved to a 4th-floor room where AC worked perfectly at 18°C — proving a solution existed but was denied. Paid in full, no apology, no compensation. Appalling service and management.

The stay was great. Unbelievable views of Lecco from the room. My only gripe was having to pay $20 extra for breakfast. Otherwise great stay.

We loved the hotel, it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still very walkable. The beaches are right outside the doors of the hotel, there was a bunch of restaurants outside the hotel doors as well. The rooftop lounge was wonderful and there is a car rental that was so much fun to drive around. It's like a Vespa meets a Fiat. We had a wonderful stay and would do it all over again!
