A little disappointed with this place given the high score. Paid for a premium room. A little underwhelmed with the check in experience but when I got to the room, a nice size but was allocated a room for people with mobility issues. The room also had an adjoining room, the soundproofing was bad as we heard everything they said. Overall, not a great experience and I’m struggling at spending over £500 for two nights with an average breakfast included. I can’t honestly say I would recommend.
