Room well equipped and comfortable. Staff outstanding. Hard floors transmit high heels noise etc between rooms.

A little disappointed with this place given the high score. Paid for a premium room. A little underwhelmed with the check in experience but when I got to the room, a nice size but was allocated a room for people with mobility issues. The room also had an adjoining room, the soundproofing was bad as we heard everything they said. Overall, not a great experience and I’m struggling at spending over £500 for two nights with an average breakfast included. I can’t honestly say I would recommend.

Room is well suited for a longer stay. The gym is decent and laundry facilities are convenient in the basement.

Ideal location - Chiswick is a bustling yet uncrowded neighborhood with great pubs, shopping and bakeries. Short walk to the tube. 2room London Chiswick is the perfect place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bar / restaurant had a festive vibe and served delicious food and beverages. I’d stay again :)

Room was excellent, hotel concept is brilliant. Unfortunately the restaurant / bar service and experience was average at best.

This hotel is in an excellent location, quiet but still close to the tube and high street for shops and restaurants. Nice cafe in the hotel and cooking facilities means you don’t have to go out. Lovely decor and friendly staff too.

Always a pleasure staying here and the service is great from usually friendly and helpful staff. Location is great for this side of London and getting to the city centre.
