The room is good, only the TV remote has run out of battery. The WhatsApp CS isn't really friendly either. Only good overall because the view and the room are good. There is an electric kettle too btw. Next will stay again.

As soon as you enter the room, the room has not been cleaned by the previous person. We waited until 2 hours for someone to clean up. After it was clean, it turned out that everything had not been replaced, the sheets, pillowcases, towels were all still in someone's former position. After we asked for a new change, it was replaced after a long wait. There are no equipment such as hot water (coffee or tea) makers. The bathroom has no hot water.

Little input. The pillow is hard 🙏. And the bathroom has a lot of hair clogging the drain.

Bedsheet was smell bad, I also found folded dirty bedsheet inside the cupboard. Toilet also unclean and no water heater provided. After check in, I directly contacted the picture to change the bedsheet.

Booking untuk 4 malam (lunas), pakai cuma 1 malam, langsung pindah hotel, tidak ada air panas untuk mandi (water heater), kamar mandi seperti tidak dibersihkan, ada gumpalan rambut.

The rooms are clean and tidy. Pleasant!
