Does not match the picture and available rooms

This is my first time in Palopo. The accommodation was not as expected, not as pictured, the room was very dirty, the room smelled of cigarettes. Highly not recommended. The room was full of holes. The water was not flowing, I started complaining at 5 am. They said to wait (the tap was just opened) complained again and was told to wait. Complained again (they said it was smooth last night, maybe someone gave it away). My suggestion is to look for another accommodation

The facilities are very bad, reddoors but not as pictured.
