This place is indeed beautiful and boasts attractive facilities. However, unfortunately, the quality of service we received fell far short of the expected hospitality standards. Our experience with a sales representative named Indah was one of the worst we've ever had.
Unclear communication, slow responses, minimal effort to find solutions, and a lack of accountability made us feel neglected as guests. Every problem that arose felt like it was made more difficult, not helped to resolve.
In the hospitality business, service is the foundation. No matter how luxurious the facilities are, they mean nothing if guests have to deal with unprofessional service that isn't focused on customer satisfaction.
It's a shame because this place has so much potential. However, our bad experience has diminished any positive impression we could have had. Management needs to seriously evaluate the quality of its human resources and service standards, as one incompetent staff member can ruin a reputation built over years.
