Good location & comfortable room. The open space is a bit messy.

My four-day stay here was fine. However, on the last day, I was given a room with a window facing the main road. It was noisy, and I couldn't sleep because of the traffic. But overall, everything was fine.

Newer than pictured, staff and owner are enthusiastic.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The location was also great, right in front of the bus stop, which was super convenient if you’re traveling to Sapa or other cities.

My first impression was that the room was very fragrant and pleasant, large and airy, located in the middle of Hanoi but at a very reasonable price, and the staff were attentive. I will definitely come back many times.

The location is right in front of HK Buslines. The rooms are not soundproof.

The hotel is comfortable and near to everywhere. The service is good and the receptionist named Thao is very friendly and welcoming. If I go back to Hanoi, I will stay there again.

The location is very strategic, close to shopping and dining areas. It's also close to the famous Egg Coffee Cafe. It was a very pleasant stay there.

I had a 3-night business trip in Hanoi and stayed at Marina Hotel. Its location is perfect for soaking up the daily Hanoi vibe. You can have a short walk around Hoan Kiem Lake in the morning and enjoy the different dishes in the old quarter late at night. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.
