Poor, poor staff, very poor service.

The location is very strategic, close to shopping and dining areas. It's also close to the famous Egg Coffee Cafe. It was a very pleasant stay there.

I had a 3-night business trip in Hanoi and stayed at Marina Hotel. Its location is perfect for soaking up the daily Hanoi vibe. You can have a short walk around Hoan Kiem Lake in the morning and enjoy the different dishes in the old quarter late at night. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. However, the air conditioner in my room was broken and not cool. I reported to the receptionist, and the next afternoon they told me to move to another hotel with the same owner for more convenience. However, I did not move because it was only 2 nights. I rate the hotel's service as okay, but the lack of room preparation is not okay, it needs to be improved because the room rate is not cheap anyway.

The hotel is located near the old town, the main road is wide, very convenient for traveling, close to restaurants. The reception staff is friendly and enthusiastic. If I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, I will still choose Marina Boutique Hotel.

The Vietnamese staff is enthusiastic. But the room is a bit dusty. Vacuum the room a little bit more and it will be ok. The space is ok. Near the lake too 🥰🥰🥰

Stayed here twice, great hotel, every time there are available rooms, they offer early cancellation. The hotel is close to all the places to go, eat, and walk, the staff is extremely enthusiastic, tourists and everyone should stay here.

The receptionists were very nice and attentive. When I checked in, I met a HK lady and she greeted me. The rooms are clean and beautiful, with full amenities. Because I also work in the hotel industry, I highly recommend this hotel. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will continue to book a room here.
