Very, very satisfying. Clean. The non-smoking room really doesn't smell of cigarette smoke. Suitable for those who are saving on accommodation with facilities that are not bad. Only there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for elderly people like me.

The service was good and consistent, and the check-in process was easy. If you want to extend your stay for a shorter period, it's also very flexible.

Hotel for 1 night transit in the harbourbay area, because the plane was delayed and I missed the last boat!. It's all ok!!

The parking lot should be conditioned, because we as guests still pay the full parking fee during our stay.

The most disgusting, dirtiest hotel I've been to. Staff even acknowledge that and will just ask to move you to another room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 4 hours in the hotel. Other hotel in the area is much better, some even cheaper

Everything is okay, except for the fact that this hotel doesn't have an elevator ☺️, next time ask for the 2nd floor so you won't get tired going up to the 3rd floor.

The service is good, access everywhere is close to the city. The room is clean.

When I checked in, the room floor was wet, as if it had just been mopped. The smell from the mop was unpleasant.
