For a budget hotel near the airport, it's pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. There's plenty of food nearby, including a KKmart. Other amenities are well-suited to the price.

This is the hotel I stayed at during transit. It's small, so don't expect much. What I regret is that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, and the towels produce sticky hairs. I even skipped a shower the morning after arriving at the airport because the towels were smelly and hairy. The toilet spray leaked.

The room was fine but the woman on the reception tried to scam me for money. Tourist fee is 10MYR that she said has to be only in cash. I said I have only IDR. She said it’s ok and showed me that it’ll cost me 202k IDR, and I paid it! Then in the room I counted and realized I supposed to pay just 38k IDR. I went down to tell her that, she gave me back just 100k IDR, so I still paid triple. She looked mad and didn’t even apologize!!!!

Good for transit stay. It is very helpful that the hotel is near to shop and restaurant. The airport drop off facility is very useful, will help a lot when you need a very early morning transportation, with reasonable rates.

The room and toilet are clean, fragrant, the hotel seems new. The service is good, you can request a car to the airport 24 hours, pay 30 RM, quite practical for transit.

Booked a family room for 4 people and got a corner room. The room was small but the bed was big. And the room smelled of sewers and there were 3 small cockroaches in the bed. I was shocked so I couldn't sleep because I was afraid there would be more. But the bathroom was clean like new and didn't smell. And the room wasn't soundproof so the sound of motorbikes and cars with loud exhausts could be heard very loudly and was very disturbing so I couldn't sleep peacefully! Far from everywhere. To the airport had to take a grab and pay 30rm. Very disappointed and do not recommend staying there

Strategic hotel and quite cheap for that price, just sleep for transit to wait for the next flight. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The four of us are in one room for the size of a family room. There is a shuttle service to the airport for 40 ringgit. Recommended for those in transit waiting for the next flight.

Everything is OK. Only the thing that was not OK is that the reception said they received a card, but the fact that the hotel did not accept cards? This one really makes me confused. So I had to go out far away from the hotel, go by taxi to find the ATM again?
