For the price, it's okay, but it's a shame that you don't get any mineral water at all. It's not soundproof at all, my goodness, every time the sound of the train is really audible right near the window, huhu. Honestly, the room is cozy, the mattress is soft, the blanket and towels smell good, but unfortunately... the bolster smells really bad, haissshh I think they didn't check it. Not to mention the soap in the bathroom is also out of stock. Luckily, we brought our own toiletries. The bathroom also has no lights. Anyway, at dawn, it seems somehow, the room opened by itself. Even though we made sure the key was locked before going to bed... nothing was missing, but it was still nerve-wracking. After all, it's not bad to stay here if you're in a pinch.

I didn't stay because the room I was in was hot, the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and the staff was indifferent and didn't know how to react. So that night, I decided not to stay.

You get what you pay for. For that price, Paragon is quite comfortable. If there's any trouble, the staff are ready to help—as long as it's not in the middle of the night.

Overall good stay. The room was well cleaned and the place was well equipped with decent security. Facilities are also good. My only critique would be that the AC could be colder/quicker to reach minimum temperature.

Hotel with good quality of service

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the drain that made the bathroom smell, the water from the bidet also smelled, I don't know why. Check out was at 11:00 and an hour before there was a knock on the door to ask if we wanted to continue or not. It seemed like we were really rushed to check out even though we could only start checking in at 2:00 PM. Yes, they know they wanted to clean the room, but they could have knocked at 10:50, there was no need for a knock an hour before just to confirm whether we wanted to continue or not. Lastly, the AC in my room (2nd floor) leaked suddenly at night, something came out. This is just a minor complaint, maybe it just needs regular maintenance. Overall, this hotel is okay, the staff is friendly and communicative, but what is worth noting is that the management has set a rule for check out at 11 and knocking on the room door an hour before.
