Because it's located on the edge of a rice field, many insects, such as cockroaches and tomcats, come in. The food is okay. I stayed two nights in a deluxe room and one night in an executive room. In the executive room, there was a minibar extending behind the bed, the function of which was unclear, and the door latch was missing (it was broken). The soap dispenser was also broken.

I had a very comfortable staycation at the Grand Miami Kepanjen for 6 days and 5 nights! The staff were friendly and helpful, and they always asked me if I wanted my room cleaned. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was no problem. Best hotel in Kepanjen!
