Booked 3 rooms, only 2 were ready. Another room was only ready after 3 pm. The room has no windows, it is completely closed, fortunately it is clean. Torn towels should not be given to guests and cracked glasses should not be used again. Breakfast is delivered to the room and is too heavy to eat white rice. Parking is difficult, located on a small road even though the traffic is heavy because it is in a culinary location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is not soundproof, the sound of the 5th floor karaoke can be heard in the room until 2 am. Have complained repeatedly but the situation remains the same.

Friendly staff, pretty good food, but unfortunately they use boxed rice, the location is quite strategic even though it is not next to a main road, close to the food center

Last year, I had stayed here and this is the second time I have stayed here again, but I was a bit disappointed because the soap in the bathroom was not filled, the pillowcase was yellow & not very clean. After complaining to the receptionist, the pillowcase was replaced but the soap was not filled. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom floor was scrubbed so that it was not slippery because there were elderly people staying there too. A bit disappointed for the second time staying here

There is no place for breakfast, only boxed rice is provided

The location of the guesthouse is strategic, there are many food options, and it is close to everywhere.

The room is clean, quite spacious for a deluxe type. The bathroom is also clean. The refrigerator and AC are cold. There is also hot water. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproof, music from the karaoke place on the 5th floor can be heard up to the room that happened to be on the 4th floor. Otherwise, everything is good. The only plus point is the location near to the food center of siantar. The karaoke sound is very noisy and ladies go in out.

Spacious room for deluxe type. Clean toilet but the toilet is in a narrow hallway, not comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to the room in a package, only one menu, no choice. Asked for a large single bed, got twin beds combined. Overall according to the price paid. Thanks Da Vinci.

Clean and spacious room, very strategic location, only the hallway still smells of cigarettes, I happened to get a room with a broken card key so I had to use a manual one, it was difficult to open the lock when I wanted to enter the room, the hot water in the bathroom on the second day at 23:00 had run out, waited 10 minutes before refilling, it was only refilled in the morning, the hallway in front of the room was busy from 6 am, Seeing the cleanliness and location will come back again. Hopefully the shortcomings will be improved soon.
