Very friendly service, fast taxi service, comfortable rooms, delicious food.

The location and facilities are okay. However, during our stay, there was a wedding event that disrupted the swimming pool and breakfast facilities. The room instead of the breakfast room was very uncomfortable. And the pillows in the room smelled.

The staff was friendly, the location is good in central of Jakarta. My opinion about room facilities is there is no refrigerator for Superior room. Please provide for Superior room also. Thank you.

Best service and affordable prices

During our stay, everything was appropriate and good, even though we changed rooms because we ordered a non-smoking room, but due to a system error, we initially got a smoking room. The breakfast was varied and the swimming pool was safe, there was one for children too. Overall, everything was good, from the service, facilities, comfort and cleanliness of the room, and the location was also affordable.

Water pressure 4/5. Air conditioning 3/5. Near shopping mall. Breakfast variety food.
