We fully understand that arriving at 12:30 a.m. after a delayed flight and a long journey can be exhausting, and our team should have been more proactive in offering assistance with your luggage from the moment you arrived. We are sorry that this was not the case and that the assistance offered came only after you had already carried your luggage yourself. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location close to the airport and that the good soundproofing of the room allowed you to have a restful night's sleep despite our proximity to the airport. At the same time, we sincerely regret the condition of the room you encountered. The damp smell, wet carpet, hair found on the mattress, ant, condition of the bed linen, bathroom smell, and loose toilet seat are certainly not the standards we aim to provide. We understand that, given your late arrival and early departure, you were understandably too exhausted to request a room change, and we sincerely apologize that you had to experience these issues. Your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for thorough inspection and follow-up. We will also reinforce our room inspection procedures and remind our Front Office team of the importance of being attentive and proactive in assisting guests, particularly those arriving late at night with luggage.
