The room was dirty, there were small cockroaches, the AC didn't feel cold, the WiFi was hard to connect.

The location is very strategic. It's next to Krisna 24/7, just a stone's throw from the airport, and you can take the Trans Trans bus from the airport for just 4,000 Rupiah. There's a lot of food right in front of the hotel, and it's really great.

Second time staying here❤️ The pool is clean, you can watch the planes. The cafe is also okay, the breakfast food is not too much but it's okay...

The service was excellent, but the linens in the room looked old and needed replacing. The pillows had marks from previous use, and the towels also smelled old and stale.

My first stay at Sovereign avoided the airport traffic. The hotel is only a 30-minute drive from the airport, so I didn't have to worry about missing my flight. So far, the room was clean, the front office staff were all friendly, and the restaurant staff were also friendly. I will definitely consider staying at Sovereign again next time.

The hotel is not too big but comfortable.. The most point is that it is close to everything, the airport, the biggest souvenir shop, a row of delicious food places... The room is clean, plus it's nice to have the smell of incense in the hotel hallway. The staff, although it seems like there aren't many, but all serve well with a smile.. Thank you🥰
