Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Convenient location.

This time the experience is not good with the wifi connection being unstable, I texted to contact support via zalo channel but no one responded :(

Quiet space, suitable for resting after a long tiring week

The room is spacious as in the picture but maybe this hotel was built a long time ago so the furniture and facilities inside are a bit old.

The bed sheet is quite worn, quite uncomfortable to lie on.

The toilet is clogged. Some bathroom equipment is no longer good. The dishes and pans in the room are still greasy. The room is noisy. The soundproofing is extremely poor.

The room is spacious, airy, the sofa is soft, the soundproofing is extremely good even though the hotel is quite crowded. Especially the hot water in the bathroom is very good. Only the refrigerator is a bit small so it is not very convenient for long-term rental. There is a lot of food around, convenient to travel.

The room is quite old. I found the toilet not very clean, especially the bathroom. The soundproofing is not good, I can hear the conversation in the next room. The dishes seem to have been left unused for a long time so I have to wash them again. The dishwashing sponge is very old. Overall, it is okay for a one-day stay, but for a long stay, I will have to reconsider.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice. Only the minus this the room with big window is usually hotter in the day time because the aircon is old. But overall good experience
