receptionist unfriendly

Everything is great except for one of the receptionists who has not been helpful.

It's really good with affordable price, close to the beach, and there are restaurants, minimarkets, massages, and coffee shops around the hotel.

I chose Ngu Hanh Son to go to Hoi An because it is close, the hotel is good, the room is nice and clean, the breakfast is delicious and suitable for my taste, I will come back to book a room for the next trip.

I booked for my family to travel, did not experience it directly but my family had a very good experience at this hotel, nice room, delicious breakfast buffet, good location because my family wanted to see Dragon Bridge. In general, I booked for someone but hearing comments from you guys like that, the shop deserves my full review 🥰

The accommodation is quite clean. I stayed on the 10th floor and could see a bit of the sea view. I personally liked it a lot. I got a fine of 80,000d for getting one piece of cloth dirty. 555555 It was very relaxing. The staff were lovely. 💓🇻🇳

The receptionist on the evening shift was very friendly and gave enthusiastic instructions to guests. The security guard was also very nice. The room was worth the price in the tourist center near the beach. Good experience.

The hotel is clean, the staff is enthusiastic (especially the security guard). Breakfast is a bit small, not very diverse. The swimming pool is also small.

sea view room but can only see the sea as big as a finger view from 4th floor

The room is just okay, the bathroom is small. The swimming pool area needs to be carefully considered, don't let guests use the pool when it's not fully renovated. I was injured while using the pool but when I reported it, only the technical staff and security came up to check on me with some cotton and bandages. The experience was a bit bad.

Temporary rooms, bathrooms are cramped and dark, making it difficult to drain water. The receptionist needs better training.
