Dirty... no cleaning service... don't make it a hotel if you don't have a cleaning backbone... Towels haven't been changed for 3 days... the property in the room is damaged and not fit to be occupied (broken chair in room 103).

The room curtains are not tight enough, it would be better to replace them with tighter fabric curtains.

The layout is different from what's shown in the app. I can't watch the TV, the sofa is missing. Facilities are poorly maintained! Broken water tap and dirty bathroom.

I got a room with a hole in the seat. Then, in the morning, after taking a shower, I was surprised to find that the toilet was flooded and the drain was clogged.

Second time, it's clean, very comfortable, and affordable. Strategic location. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Great, not bad, good for going anywhere.

It's okay for overnight stays, there are a lot of compartments, although I'm confused about what to use them for. A suggestion might be that it would be better to have the TV on top rather than installing shelves that aren't really used. It's better for the TV because it's no fun if you want to watch TV having to go downstairs, you can't relax while lying down. There's a refrigerator, the AC is really cold. However, the bathroom floor is too low, it should be made a little higher in the door area, so when you take a shower the water fills up quickly and overflows outside.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, making it very convenient during my stay. The entire hotel staff provided friendly and professional service, especially the helpful receptionist. They promptly took my GoFood orders several times without any issues. The service was truly satisfactory, so I happily left a tip as a token of appreciation. Highly recommend a stay here.
