My stay was truly disappointing. Upon check-in, I discovered the bed linens had obvious stains and didn't look as clean as the photos I had taken. These are items that come into direct contact with the body throughout the stay, so I believe that cleaning the linens should be a basic and mandatory standard in a hotel. I don't understand why a stained bed linen like that was still used to accommodate guests. I hope the hotel will thoroughly check the hygiene quality and replace the bed linens with clean ones before assigning rooms to guests. With this experience, I am truly dissatisfied and hope the hotel will seriously address this issue.

The room reeked of an indescribable stench from the toilet and sewer. The air conditioner would turn off by itself at night, and the room lacked soundproofing, so all the noise from outside was clearly audible, even the sound of doors opening and closing from the next room, and children shouting loudly.

The pillowcases in the room smelled terrible, I don't know if they'd been changed, but they were stained with foundation. I had to call a staff member to bring up new pillowcases.

The room is near Bai Chay beach, convenient for getting around. Breakfast options are a bit limited, but the food is decent.

Great price for the experience.

Room quite clean but small, hotel far from city

The staff is enthusiastic and supportive. The location is not very close to the sea, about 1 km from the sea, but the road is ok, it is easy to call a car. I see that the owner of this hotel (previously the secret, not sure if the owner has changed) takes good care of the hotel, from the decoration to the items in the room, the space is quite cozy The breakfast does not have many dishes, but it is quite delicious The TV does not have Netflix highly recommend

The hotel is affordable and convenient for traveling. The only problem is that the room is not very cool. Even if you go to a 16* hotel, it will still be cool.

Friendly staff, check in and out procedures are very quick. Room is clean and relatively nice. Delicious buffet breakfast. Unexpectedly, with a room rate of only nearly 600k on weekdays, there is such good service. Will definitely come back.
