Even though the hotel was very busy. There was an even at the hotel. The staff and the services were excellent. The rooms are big and very well organized. Highly recommend Thai hotel

The hotel was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part (ice and ordering food at the hotel restaurant.) The breakfast was great with lots of different options. My suggestions for this property involve the wi-fi signal, air conditioning and signage. Unless you’re in the lobby area the wi-fi signal was unreliable. Unless you speak to the front desk the air conditioning is subpar. You have no control of the temperature in your room. This was the most disappointing part of our stay even after requesting a colder temperature several times at the front desk. My family often woke up throughout the night because of how hot the room had become. The restaurant served the same special every night and even though we loved the cheesecake with hazelnuts and berry cream we felt there should have been more options. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the pool area was very nice. Finally, I suggest better signs and/or more signs showing directions to the hotel entrance. Several taxi drivers kept stopping at the restaurant door that is closed and there is no access to it because they couldn’t find the front entrance to the hotel. Overall, things were alright and there is room for improvement. While breakfast was great, dinner could be better. While the hotel lobby is nicely decorated you needed to be careful walking to the pool area without tripping over a mountain of towels. I honestly don’t think I would return just because of the a/c and wi-fi issues.

Great place away from city hassle, it was quiet and comfortable with free parking.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Only negatives were that they were not authorized (?$ to help with making restaurant reservations. Or securing train tickets. Other than that very good hotel all the way around with free shuttle to the Metro station.

AVOID! Not a great hotel. Room was 28 degrees and apparently they won’t turn the air conditioning on. Can’t open the window as too much noise from the busy motorway. Didn’t sleep at all!

Staff was friendly and professional, facility is kind of old but clean, and closer parking space was limited and the farther one was dark with unfinished road surface. There is a 24-hour gas station right in front of the hotel which was convenient!

I didn't realise it was on the motorway, which was my fault for not doing any research, but it was a fantastic touch running a shuttle bus all day and night long ( up until 10.30) i would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional value - free shuttle is perfect. Great pool. Good breakfast.

Everything was good other than cleanness of the room bathroom and shower had molds. Bed bugs and bites was the result of it.

Clean, nice rooms, good air conditioning, free onsite parking, great outdoor pool. Great onsite restaurant. About 30 mins drive outside the main centre of Milan, shuttle to subway line is available from hote. I would recommend this hotel.
