The staff were great. Be aware that the standard rooms are quite small and only suitable for shorter stays. They lack any chairs, desk, storage and offer very limited hanging space. As we planned to stay a full week, and I also needed a desk to be able to work, the staff were very responsive and upgraded us to a larger room which was near perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable and the decor is 'quirky & fun' (check out the design of the curtains!). Internet is fast, breakfast (included) is fine, and the location is great for exploring this beautiful (though expensive) city. The Metro is only a 6 minute walk away. Very happy to recommend - but if your budget allows, go for the larger rooms.

Amazing decor, great location.

I loved this hotel. It was so quirky but welcoming. The amenities and benefits - such as free minibar - were fantastic. The breakfast was pretty good too. The staff were all friendly.

The staff were wonderful, yeh room well taken care of and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was considered, the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The room was clean everything worked without issue. We will absolutely be returning.

Generally a very cool hotel in a really excellent location with good facilities. Lost a star due to accessibility issues with constant problems with the wheelchair lift and a minor issue where the TV service cut out for 24 hours (I’m a bit of an insomniac so that bugged me a little). If you don’t have any accessibility concerns you can consider this a five star review, I’d absolutely stay there again.

Spotless hotel. Quirky. Everythin

fantastic hotel we stayed last year and visited again this time with our sons on their 30’s. they loved it too. very nice touches bedding beautiful rooms well presented everything we needed and location was the best

Our room was spacious with two twin beds. We would like to have a door separating the bathroom, brighter lighting, more hooks for towels, shelves for clothing and more electric outlets. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very courteous.

Great hotel, in a great location. Unfortunately our room overlooked a busy street so had 3 nights of no sleep. Friday and Saturday nights seem to be especially lively with people shouting and screaming non stop in the streets until 06:00 in the morning. Not ideal with a baby! However, the baby did love looking through the big window in the day. We were lucky enough to see the band on 2 days as well. Breakfast and cocktail bar was excellent!

The staff were brilliant, the hotel was fab and in a brilliant location. The only thing that could have improved it (very slightly) would have been more spaces to put our belongings in the room to unpack a bit. Otherwise it was brilliant!

The staff are very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Everything was good except there was a slight drain like smell from the toilet on a constant basis but ok if we kept the door closed. Also it would have been helpful if we could have turned the temperature down at night, we tried but couldn’t really figure it out.

Excellent location, very nice hotel, gray bar great restaurant, all around nice place. One thing to be aware of is that it's a very efficient hotel and they would prefer not to wash your towels refill any refreshments or turn your room unless you directly request it from them. Otherwise they will refresh your room every 3 days. Other than it's a very nice hotel.

Such a cool/retro and very cosy hotel - the breakfast was amazing. My wife and I absolutely loved celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary here.
