There was construction being done only feet away from our rooms front door at an adjacent condominium building. Understandable if construction would run during the day while we were at the different amenities but the hours were ridiculous. We would hear construction noise all night and stopping around 3am. Other than this everything was great.

I stayed at Dreams Bahia in Puerto Vallarta this past June for a friend’s wedding, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for the wedding group everyone was so accommodating, friendly, and attentive. From the check-in process to the wedding events, the service truly made the experience unforgettable.The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of dining options, fun activities, and relaxing spaces. It was the perfect setting for a destination wedding and a getaway. The only thing to note is that June was very hot and humid, so definitely be prepared for the heat if you go around that time , lots of water and shade helped. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was well taken care of, and the memories made here will last a lifetime. Highly recommend this resort for weddings, celebrations, or just a vacation

Terrible service, reduced food options

Muy mal servicio, los meseros te atienden de malas, te quieren cobrar cosas extras por una mejor atención, no hay camastros para la capacidad de gente, espera de 1 hora para entrar a restaurantes

The hotel has several areas that need improvement. The elevators near the restaurants do not have air conditioning, making them very hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, access to the breakfast area is limited to a single entrance without a ramp for strollers or wheelchairs, which is an accessibility issue. Overall, accessibility is poor for strollers or people with reduced mobility. During our stay, the buffet was closed for a private event, overcrowding the other restaurants and affecting the service. We were also surprised when the laundry service knocked on our door at 11 p.m., despite not having requested it. The wet floors are dangerous due to how slippery they are, both around the pool areas and in the bathroom floors of the rooms. Furthermore, the valet parking leaves vehicles outdoors, which is not ideal. In general, there are many aspects to improve in order to be considered a luxury hotel.

Great family hotel. Food was fantastic. Kids and adults were happy. Will come again. The staff was great!

Habitaciones bonitas y amplias, playa bonita aunque con algo de piedras, comida variada y rica, solo me gustaría que agregaran más variedad de mariscos. El personal en su mayoría amable. El restaurante Nebiolo excelente. Si me gustó en general

I enjoyed overall my stay the beach is beautiful, the food was OK , however the alcohol was watered down we didn’t even taste the alcohol. I got sick second day of my stay due to the tap water that was mixed in the alcohol even though I had bottled water everywhere they didn’t notify us there was tap water mixed in the alcohol. Also we found a bug on our pillow after cleaning crew serviced our room. We threw the pillow on the floor without reporting to front desk and the next day same pillow was placed back on top of our bed when the room was serviced again. I would rate cleanliness as overal hotel 5/10.

There is always something to do, lots of places to eat, I really really recommend staying here. It was really worth it.

Overall everything very well. However, the walk from the rooms to the beach is very long with no elevators. At the obelisk area. They need to improve that

The property was super busy. The pool is too small for the property. Restaurants overcrowded and in general everything overcrowded. Their was line for all restaurants and in the restaurant if tacos they had very few food left… tacos finish. Very bad experience.

The property was amazing! The food was pretty good and the service was excellent.
