Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas could be improved, as some areas appeared to be overlooked during housekeeping. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the overall guest experience would be much better.

There were coacroaches in the bathroom and Room was gloomy.

Great location near the falls. You get what you pay for with these rooms. The room was clean but could be cleaner. Bathrooms were eh. This very much did the job though and would stay again if I wanted a bare minimum location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was smooth and the staff was extremely helpful. The room size and cleanliness were great for a motel. The outdoor pool was not available yet.

Be wary of the parking fees listed in the fine print. Also of the 100.00 fee that hasn’t been returned yet. And you will be asked to bring the tv remote and 2 room card keys back as you check out. The rooms were clean, there was small ants in the bath room area. One of the twin bed squeaked really bad just as you lay there or moved. I wish I could write something more positive but I rather warn future individuals deciding to stay here. Next I will pay more not to deal with this.

The room, while outdated, seemed to be clean. The water is extremely hot (literally steaming), which was ok for us as adults, but I would have been worried. There is no phone (fine, but odd if you need to reach the office) and no clock. The shampoo packets are small and don't open easily. There are no hair dryers in the room. Parking is $10, even though the lot appears to be theirs.

Great place to stay for a night. Clean and convenient to all attractions. Good price.

The place was just okay. Was not happy that we had to pay for parking as well. They charge enough with all these extra fees.

They were good

Check in was promptly and we paid $20 to check in early, which helped us a lot. We slept well. Negatives: No cofffee machine as advertised. Room needs some tlc and our feet got dirty from walking on the room floor, but the rest was clean. If you’re just looking for somewhere nothing fancy and to crash for the night, this motel will do.

The room was spotless and the staff were pleasant with quick check-in. We also got a free upgrade to a king-sized bed.

Staying here was perfect for the price and location. Honestly the only thing that could’ve made it more comfortable were the pillows (they were quite flat). I feel like the refrigerator size was very generous. The room had a microwave and coffee machine. Everything was found very clean and so no complains there. I think you’d be over paying anywhere else. Surely the shower curtains are ugly and make these rooms look older and more outdated than they actually are-but you don’t get anything less.

There were spider web in the room. Rooms were ok but too much noise from the top floor.

The room was very clean. The tub in the honeymoon suite was great. The pool was still closed. Very central location. You can walk everywhere.

Noisy, stayed on the ground level, could hear conversations of the room above. Extra 10$/ night parking pass was not expected. Otherwise a decent place.
