Very good restaurant and bar connect 4 seasons and Fairfield hotels. Only like one chair in room and room was small for the price. Location was good.

Very nice room. Breakfast was great.

I arrived late at night but the staff made it a smooth and quick transition from getting the key to getting to my room. My room was clean and the AC cooled quickly bed comfortable breakfast was simple but plenty of options to satisfy most travelers all the staff are hands down the friendliest I've seen.

Needed a room & they had rooms available.

Clean and new hotel. Located close to highway, which is convenient but also noisy

I was very disappointed for the hotel not having a shower chair available for my handicapped wife. My wife is an amputee and the shower was for a roll in and not for her to walk in and sit on a chair to shower. We have stayed in many hotels and this is the only one that could not provide a shower chair. Luckily we were only there for one night and not several nights. The beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. We were planning to stay again in Amarillo on our way back to Houston, definitely will not be staying at this hotel. Also, the AC was set at 60 degrees, never even cooled off our room. Too tired from a 12 hour drive from Houston to complain.

Great night sleep. Room was sound proof and stayed dark to allow for a good night sleep. The only complaint we had was when we checked in we were told there was free breakfast. What we weren’t told was that it wasn’t the breakfast in the lobby area but in the Fairfield Inn behind the Four Points. We weren’t the only ones with this confusion as everyone that attempted to get breakfast was asked for a “breakfast ticket”.

Arrived late around 11:45pm on road trip and was told the room wasn’t ready.. and they needed to contact the maid to see if the room would be clean. They attempted to contact the maid and

Our room was so quiet; I never heard anything and I am a light sleeper. As others have stated, breakfast was the best! No issues parking and we were in and out several times.
