Second time I stayed there. Wonderful amenities, beautiful hotel, friendly, bilingual staff.

Great rooms

Rather nice hotel for the area. We don’t speak any Spanish and there was plenty of English speaking staff. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable for my husband, he thought he felt the mattress springs at night.

We were there for one night and the bed was very comfy. Clean and quiet hotel. The only issue was no coffee pot on the coffee maker and no wash cloths.

The only issue we had is that we could not enjoy time on the terrace due to events that were planned. We were told only adults were allowed. We traveled with children and were disappointed to not be able to enjoy that part of the hotel experience. We did check out the event and saw that the people enjoying the event were all employees we had seen throughout the day. It would be nice for events that include all ages.

Facilities was extremely clean and customer service was great.

I didn't like the fact that it was very noisy the whole night. We asked the sercive counter staff and they said it wasn't there at the hotel. But it was not quite sure if it was construction right abouve our room. But we did go with 3 other couple 4th floor room 411 and they all heard it as well. It was clean and convenient. Thx

They didn’t let me check in. They said it was full and overbooked.
