We stayed here for the location - wanted to see more of the west end Seems to have restaurants and a lot going on No usb in the room - seems a bit old school The rooms are nice and bright Shower is decent but sink makes it look older

Staff were very helpful, room booked was ‘deluxe’ however felt like a standard room. Breakfast was good, except on last day no chef, continental breakfast supplied, fresh fruit was nice, no nice breads just white/brown bread, no ham, very limited.

I expected a little more for my £156 a night. Corridor carpet was taped where it had worn, room was noisy from main road outside (take ear plugs), shower took ages to warm up. The staff on reception could be a little more engaging. I got a perfunctory "We need a credit card against the room; here's your room keycard; you're on the first floor. However, the bed was very comfy and the hotel is in an ideal westend location.

Room not very clean. Shower temperature control broken - resulting in only very hot water. Staff failed to be helpful to elderly guests re luggage or hotel information. QR code led us only to a solicitors business to sign up to - we didn’t! Parking nearby if lucky - we were lucky. Breakfast good.

Parking was very limited but we managed to get a space. Location is great Mohammad who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very comfortable relaxed feeling. We booked a deluxe bedroom with views over Botanic Gardens hoping for a peaceful night, however this was very much not the case as the very busy main road between the hotel and the gardens produce a lot of traffic noise all night. I would still book this hotel again but choose a different location of room if possible. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and fresh food being brought out when running low.

Breakfast menu is limited but dining area and service is good. Friendly staff. Parking is top of next building. Hotel is close to shops and lots of restaurants. Good parks near by for walks as well.

The hotel is connected to 2 restaurants, both very nice, great location to grocery, and restaurants, pubs, shops, everything. Great staff, and very nice room.
