Family room Small , room dated and hole in the wall near the door

Overall the hotel was lovely and the staff were nice and polite. The main bug bare I have is being put in a room up 4 flights of stairs to our room, and when you have a 2 year old its not the best, and having to leave our pushchair in the entrance of the hotel. So it would have been better having a room on a lower floor. The location of the hotel was great and although it didn't have its own car park it is very close to the main local car park.

Close to shops and central nice and friendly staff, could do with a bit more breakfast

I guess you you only get what you pay for, I won’t stay there again. It smelt as soon as you walked into the hotel it was hot and clammy. The room was small as well as the en-suite. The staff was lovely though.

The bedding was dirty and I have pictures… something has bitten me… no hot water for a wash no tv ….. room was so dirty… I would never advise anyone to stay there. I didn’t eat there because of seeing the dirty kitchen while the door was open … it spoiled my break

I absolutely loved my stay at Ferndale. The owner was so nice, and kept the bar stocked with great whiskey options. Would definitely try to stay here again!!!

Fabulous Hotel to stay in. Super friendly Staff, very clean and tidy everywhere, plenty of Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk, didn't have to ask for a refill. Super location for Tower, Winter Gardens, Shops and Sea Front. Just perfect. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. Highly recommended.
