All where outstanding. Nice. Place to stay.

Everything was very good. The only suggestion I have is that if a group of students are staying on a school trip it would be helpful if guest’s were advised at check in. Especially for breakfast, so the children could have breakfast first.

Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was decent and staff was friendly. Would recommend

The staff at the front desk was very friendly, both checking in and out. The room was clean and comfortable.

Plenty of parking, clean room, better than ok breakfast. Usual eggs/sausages/potato wedges from a grocery outlet. Edible and better than having to drive for the same.

Breakfast was OK Walls are thin, you can hear other guests.

Safety is apparently not a priority to the GM at this hotel. I had too separate issues with my door and the staff, Expedia and the GM of the hotel were dismissive of my concerns. No apology, no "thanks for letting us know, we will look into it", zero acknowledgment or concern for safety - the focus was only on their policy. Unreal. Will never stay at this hotel again or this chain for that matter. Surprised Expedia didn't do more either.

Breakfast was warm and of course guests dont know to close lids. Coffee plentiful, fruit juices and yogurts. Sausges were sufficient and water plentiful. Very kind employees at this location. Always smiling and helpful. Excellent job!

We had a lovely stay with my family the staff was amazing my son love the waffles for the free breakfast we had 0 complaints about this hotel we loved our stay ! 😊

Quick stay in Carleton Place, beautiful town and a very nice place to stay! Room and bathroom were clean, hotel was quiet, staff were friendly. Easy to park, and close to everything in town. Will definitely try and stay here again!

Parking was good, the front desk workers friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filled efficiently and the staff friendly. Rooms were clean and neat with enough towels.

Good bed and bathroom, but the doors let a lot of noise in from the hall and adjacent rooms. There were also several kids running up and down the hall from at least 11:30 PM to 1 AM, we told staff and they did stop running for 2 minutes. So not upset with staff, I just wish the sound proofing was better... And that kids remain supervised in public areas.

The breakfast was good, a typical hotel continental breakfast. The hotel was okay, when you have no other options, it works. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything from the hallways and surrounding rooms from the inside of your room. The pillows were horrible, we made it work by using double the pillows. As a hotel just to sleep, it was fine.

Bed squeaked, pillows flat and worn out. Had guests be loud till 3am on a Wednesday! Walls were paper thin. Will not be staying here again!
