Great downtown location.

July 2nd we told staff that we are going can you please let housekeeping to clean room and no one did, no tissues were in the washroom. Tried so many phone calls to reception no answer. Experience with Courtyard was not good. I would suggest park on street instead of vallet they are handling 2 hotels at one time and if you want your car they gonna take 15-20 minutes to bring outside. Not worth paying $115 for parking.

All the staff that help us were amazing. Great location to see the stampede parade and if you taking the buses. Room was clean and smells great, worth every price you paid.

Wifi did not work the first day. I was put on a call with an IT agent. It didn’t resolve the issue. Very frustrating as the hotel had other people complain about the same issue.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown was truly exceptional! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Inna, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a wonderful first impression. She greeted us with a smile that instantly made us feel at home. To our delight, the hotel had also prepared a thoughtful anniversary gift for us. It was such a meaningful surprise and a beautiful reminder that true hospitality is found in the little details. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of downtown Calgary. But what made this stay truly memorable wasn't just the beautiful property—it was the people. The sincere care and attention we received made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Thank you to Inna and the entire team for making our wedding anniversary so special. We left with wonderful memories, and there's no question where we'll stay the next time we're in Calgary!

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed is comfortable. Over all the room is perfectly fine. I stayed for 2 nights, I went out the next day and when I came that night my room was cleaned. I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely be stay again.

The staff

I liked the location as it was close to the C train so easy to get around the city where I needed to go. The building was very quiet and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was OK, toast was cold and the oatmeal had what looked like peanut butter and jam on top that was not very appetizing, otherwise the coffee and service was excellent.

Very nice property in downtown Calgary, well maintained and clean. Breakfast at Bistro Novelli is a must have 👍
