Very good location. Great rooms

First room was next to permanent drunk bogans with both AC units not working. replacement room didn't have a working key card, and the pool is empty and has 200+ cane toads in it. horrible !!!

I didn't like the fact they ask for a mandatory pre check in which includes uploading photo ID. After several attempts to upload photo ID with a failure each time. Contacted them and was advised to call on arrival at around midnight and someone would come and site ID then get key. Not allowed pin to key box and produce ID on checkout as previously done. Had to wait half hour for person to check ID after 4 hour flight and it being after midnight. Ridiculous.

Wifi very poor

Best place to stay. When we come to Darwin we always stay here.

Room very averages and Pizza under the bed and someone spat on the wall behind the door when i first got to my room.

Awesome layout , amazing bathrooms , a little out of the way and no restaurants or eating nearby without transport

Cabins need attention spa bath needs a makeover and full clean On two occasions at night had first knock on door someone offering drugs Second time different person asking for sugar then money Are you serious ……… I won’t be returning

Easy access to room because I turn up after hours.

The lack of cleaning everything dirty, no complete coffee/tea making facility,unkept grounds, broken locks on window, electric doors that imprison guest's in a power failure.

Someone's old milk drink left in fridge on arrival; Shower floods the entire bathroom when used. Barely enough room to walk around bed. TV the size of a postage stamp and half the channels didn't work. Had a guy foraging for cigarette buts and begging for cigarettes outside my room. Yelling and screaming outside during the night Just overall awful, will never stay here again

Couldn't open the fridge fully, the bed was in the way , bathroom floor drain is too small as the floor floods every time you have a shower

I was happy my accommodation. No problems at all.

Not too far from the airport, price reasonable in peak Darwin holiday season. Rooms quite clean. Not much around except a petrol station. Although some days the restaurant onsite is open. Phone assistance to process check-in as reception not open when i arrived

I would rate this 2 star, bed uncomfortable, area a bit seedy. Had better stays for price! On flight path, no crockery or cutlery to speak of. Asked for room to be cleaned while we were out and not done Good water pressure was probably tge upside

Stay was enjoyable, would recommend motion sensor timer delay on the A/C be extended so it could stay longer during the night.

All good Sink and shower not clean No bowls for breakfast
