En general, muy bien el cuarto, sin embargo, la luz del clóset no había manera de poderla pagar y generaba una luz molesta en toda la habitación. Las camas para el tamaño del cuarto deberían al menos ser Queen size y no matrimonial como la que yo tuve, y la otra cosa que no me gustó nada, es que la habitación que me tocó daba a la avenida y las ventanas que tiene el Hotel no están diseñadas para estar pegadas a una avenida y se les mete muchísimo el ruido deberían tener ventanería que selle bien el ruido. Te mandan mensajes de WhatsApp con las instrucciones de entrada al cuarto y les pedí solamente dos cosas. La primera que me cambiaron de cuarto por el exceso de ruido y la segunda el late check Out para el vez de salir a las 11 salir a la 1:30 porque así me lo ofrecieron y al final ninguna de las dos cosas aceptaron. En mi particular punto de vista no volvería a ese hotel.

Great location, right across from Teatro Telcel, Antara Mall, and the museums. Nice business model and check in process. Really comfy bed and pillows. And there are these 2 super cute axolotls in the lobby. 100% will come back

Las puertas y ventanas del balcón no cierran bien, entonces hay muchísimo ruido casi como dormir en la calle, además las persianas no funciona entonces entra mucha luz.

Está muy bien ubicado. Frente al centro comercial Antara. Las instalaciones son aceptables, el Servicio fue excelente. Pero la relación precio/calidad es mala. Hay mejores opciones en el área.

Great place - great location

Friendly staff and the hotel felt safe, but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise. It’s located on a busy main street, and the traffic noise is constant. Heavy vehicles sometimes even made the floor vibrate. The hotel provides earplugs, but they didn’t help much. The shower also had very low water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was fine, but the noise alone would keep me from recommending this hotel.

Está perfecto para negocios por ubicación. No es un hotel y el servicio de limpieza se cobra aparte. Hay que hacer un pre-registro y eso demora el check in. El agua caliente era débil. Atención de personal en puerta siempre buena. Wifi funciona bien.

Great spot in an excellent location in the Polanco area of Mexico City! Nearby malls, shopping, and restaurants all in easy walking distance! Efficiently laid out room, for easy access and functionality, with full kitchen! Only drawbacks were lack of signage out front (but ensured privacy), and too few towels in room. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs! We will be back!

The place is excellent. I had everything I needed and more. The staff were helpful and made my stay a memorable one. I would like to give a special shout out to Daniel, Jessica and Mario. They were very helpful and always had a friendly smile when we see them. They were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff - Fernanda, Daniel, Mario, Jessica and all the cleaning staff, always helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. Close to everything - bars, shops, grocery stores.

Muy buena ubicacion

Tooo much noise in the morning between 6am- 9am

4 stars however the bathroom shower was dirty upon arrival, it had stains in the wall. Other than that everything was good and the location was great too, a lot of restaurants and mall walking distance.

Limpio muy buena ubicación. El cuarto daba a la calle y se escuchaban los ruidos de carros y eso que estaba en piso 8.
