Outstanding hotel. Can understand how have such high ratings. Great location in heart of everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate rooms, great shower and comfortable bed but also loads of lovely little touches such as pastries in reception, complimentary mini bar etc. Really added to our stay and couldn’t recommend enough! (Didn’t eat it but restaurant under it solidly queued up and looks amazing for seafood) Clearly has a good name on how popular it is

This us an excellent 3 star hotel, all members of staff were so helpful and friendly. The room, small with an uninspiring view (408) no balcony but amazingly clean, super bathroom, crisp white bed linen and comfy bed although pillows too soft! Also, reasonably well sound-proofed plus black out curtains. And complimentary bath robes, plus items in mini fridge. Didn't have the breakfast deal but did have breakfast twice at 15 Euros each time. This was ok, although you'd find a more satisfying variation at the cafe/bar next door. Would definitely recommend this wonderful boutique hotel for all reasons above and its brilliant location wash access to tours/metro/trains/tram. Fab. Only one downside but this is purely personal and not everyone would care - there's a restaurant within the same building its eating area forms part of the entrance. This is not a problem however on entrance to the hotel a large glass water is visible. Thjs contains a fair number of lobsters, crammed on top of each other, clearly their movements are severely restricted. Of course these creatures are destined for the plates of the diners. I feel this is inhumane, the lobsters will be highly stressed due to the conditions, I do not think they should be visible as a food source. Anyways please be in no doubt, this does not detract from this lovely fab hotel-me and my son had an amazing one week stay in the beautiful city of Lisbon :))) x

We recently stayed in Blue Liberdade hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel had lots of free drinks and pastel de nata ( the best in Lisbon). The hotel is right opposite a metro station and 3 min walk to the Rossio train station and walking distance to many attractions, and restaurants. The downside of the hotel is lack of space in the room to keep the luggage or wardrobe to hand clothes. This didn’t bother us that much after the first day. Didn’t try their breakfast. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Pinoquio restaurant is right next door which serves good lunch and dinner.

We loved the location of this hotel. Literally in the center of it all. I booked this through a referral of a colleague who had stayed at this hotel 2 weeks prior and raved about her short stay. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were greeted with the cleanliness, delicious smell and well AC, as well as the helpful staff. We had gotten off a cruise that morning, therefor, when we made it to the hotel it was still super early and check in was not available until 4pm. The staff was nice enough to keep our luggage until check in time. And even offered to allow us check in early after 1pm for a fee of $45EU per person. Since we knew we would be out exploring the city, we opted out of that, however when we came back after 4pm, the staff had already brought our luggage up to our room. The room was clean, fresh, bathroom was amazing, loved all the decor. We were provided with bathrobes, and toiletries in case we didn't have. The beverages in the refrigerator were complimentary and were also greeted with a whole bottle of champagne. Our floor was very quiet,we barely saw anyone during our stay. Check out is at 12pm, the day of checking out, our flight wasnt until 6pm, so we decided to step out in the morning and explore a bit more until the very end, the staff allowed us to check out at 10am and when we came back around 1pm, they had already brought down our luggage for us as well. Location is very convenient for meet ups and shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Liberdade! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Lisbon on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the bed sheets being slightly damp when we first arrived, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The room was spotless and well stocked with complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was having a hair straightener in the bathroom, so I didn't even need to use the one I brought. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon.

The carpet in the hallways are old and outdated. The rooms are depressingly small. The room couldn't hold 2 large pieces of luggage. The one computer in the "business center " on the 5th floor was so old and outdated, it took 30 minutes for the printer to load to print a simple boarding pass. We will not return.

If you love, great food and great shopping this is the perfect hotel for you. Decor modern, clean and comfortable. The room was on the smaller side, but as expected in a big city. Staff was friendly, answered my questions, gave great recommendations (Princesa Beach Club). Our room faced the side street where there are restaurants and adjacent to the front which is very busy but our room was always quiet at night. The AC worked perfectly which was a huge plus! Located at the end of what I would equate to NYC‘s fifth Avenue you can enjoy luxury shops like Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent. If you are not an EU Resident take advantage of the no tax benefit. I sure did! In the other direction, enjoy walking along and shopping at commercial shops and boutiques, beautiful building architecture, plenty of outdoor cafés and restaurants. Visited during World Cup, which was playing on large TVs for the patrons to enjoy - adding to the awesome energy and vibe. Right above restaurant Pinoquio which was by far the best food we had in all of Portugal. Also The Grand Cafe two doors down with amazing pastries and desserts (only found on last day). Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of old town with the bus and subway literally at the front door, along with one of the best restaurants in Lisbon just next door. Updated decor, spacious rooms, and a friendly staff make it a great choice while in Lisbon.

We really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful hotel in a great location. We has balcony rooms that were cute and obviously refurbished inside. Great breakfast and a great restaurant in front that's busy but they can make reservations. No complaints at all.
