Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure meeting them. The location is fantastic, conveniently near a metro and bus station at the end of Istiklal Avenue. The rooms were pleasant overall.

The general quality of the hotel is good, staff are very nice and available even during late nights. I really liked the staff to be honest more than anything else in this hotel. The location is not bad, it's quite close to Taksim and it's made for tourists but if you want to enjoy places with more local people you should take long rides. Breakfast is not great but it's not bad.
