Hôtel ultra propre, moderne, joli et pratique. Parfaitement situé (en plein centre ville + quartier sûr et avec nombreuses options shopping + restauration). Chambre confortable avec équipements très fonctionnels et produits d'accueil de qualité. Petit-déjeuner buffet très frais. Fontaines à eau/thé etc. dans le hall, ajoutant à la convivialité du lieu. Décoration dans tout l'hôtel à la fois neutre et fun. Equipe agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

A truly dreadful hotel folks. I travel for work throughout the years and have had the pleasure (or not so) of many different hotels of varying qualities. I can say without a doubt this hotel has the worst bed I have ever suffered. It was more of a slab than a bed. the room was so small that I could type and email from the desk on the left side of the room and open the curtains on the right side of the room from the aforementioned slab. An awful experience all told.

Great location

This hotel is in the perfect location with quick access to the main square, trams, shopping, restaurants & cafes. Our first room hadn't been properly cleaned when we checked in, but they quickly rectified the situation and gave us a different one, which we appreciated. The rooms are sound proof but the doors shut with a heavy slam and shake the walls when they do. A soft close on the doors would definitely help. Their basic rooms are tiny for two people, and feels very dormish, with not a lot of room to move around and access your suitcases. We also didn't find the bed and pillows overly comfortable. If you're looking for basic and modern, then this hotel fits the bill, but if you're looking for character and larger rooms, then this hotel might not be the right one.

Beautiful place. Lovely views of the canel. Quiet, safe and rasy walk to everything. Definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, but very tight. The bed was not very comfortable. Everything else was nice. Great shower, great coffee machine in the lobby. The location was wonderful.

There is NO ac, so it was hotter in our room than outside which made it really difficult to sleep. Getting ready in the room we were sweating. No coffee or tea offered. Had to ask the bar for water. Super small blankets, and pillows very uncomfortable. No plug ins in the washroom. No mini fridge so we couldn’t keep our groceries or water cold. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again simply for how hot and uncomfortable it was. That being said, the staff were all very friendly! We like the location, and close to trains.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were great and very helpful. One thing I would like to add to this review is that it would be more convenient for guests if there were some drawers and more room to put the luggage so that we don’t have to walk over them when at the room. Otherwise everything else was great. Can comment on breakfast as we didn’t eat at the hotel.
