The location it’s good But the property looks old

The property was in good condition and a convenient location. My rating was lower due to issues with check in (location pin offered was wrong, only able to access room after 4pm but their desk closes at 5pm).

Perfect location near all restaurants and activities. Luggage Hero was a good tip from you guys 🙏. We recommand!

Great location and the place was clean. The bed was comfortable and there’s is lots of space. I would definitely stay there again on my next Portugal visit.

This was a very comfortable and lovely apartment. Location was wonderful and was very well equipped. Access via code was very convenient and they were very responsive hosts.

Great Location, property was very comfy and quaint. We stayed in the 2 bedroom pentouse. Very clean and updated bathrooms. Beds clean and comfy. Sofa very comfy after walking all day. Balconies were a great bonus, wife loves these. Cool witch stairs leading up to loft for kids beds. Heat/AC worked great. Large refrigerator, small grocery store nearby. Elevator and stairs. Location was perfect near the arch , main strip, Praca Do Comercio. Staff had great communication before, during stay. They were very gracious to let us drop off lugging at noon while check in was at 3pm.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It’s about an 8min walk from the metro but there is so much around it. Shops, restaurants, etc. Only complaint was it was a bit noisy most nights from all the cars honking

Great location! The apartment was clean just on the older side. Some mold spots in the shower, but to us that’s not a deal breaker.

This property is ideally located for access to the different neighborhoods, riverfront, train, bus or tram. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door!

Very responsive staff via WhatsApp. Very accommodating with allowing us to drop off our luggage earlier than check in. So close to everything! Will just need a few updates to make it even better like having a place for toiletries in the shower, better and more pillows (but they gave us more when we requested), replace the bed frame as the leather was crusty and flaking off, and having coffee mugs. It’s a big enough space for the 3 of us so we were comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!
